The Event Pros Group produced a most successful team building adventure for a multinational client at Beautiful Belmont Race Track. In addition to a great setting and delicious food, the company used the picnic as an opportunity to increase morale and for employees from different areas to get to know each other better.
Teams were formed well in advance of the event, and were treated to a series of interactive challenges designed to stimulate interest and interaction among employees by the Event Pros Group.
The teams competing began the competition with The Event Pros Group’s imaginative in-house challenges that included fax and e-mail sent back and forth among the teams and the players. That proved to “Incite, Ignite and Unite” the teams. As they sought to unsettle their opponents while they earned pre-event points that would help them in their quest for the coveted Gold, Silver & Bronze Medals. Everyone agreed it was not only the best outing they had ever attended. The event also gave everyone a wonderful sense of belonging, which intern, skyrocketed employee morale.
