Marty Greenstein, CEO of Event Pros Group, is an event veteran with more than three decades of experience in all phases of the special event industry. Marty has achieved the prestigious event industry designation of CSEP (Certified Special Event Professional).
Marty is extremely active with the Long Island Association and it’s small business council activities. He is frequently called on to help with other projects as well. Marty has served on the Metro International Special Event Society board for more than a decade. He is also on the board of the Long Island Convention & Visitors Bureau, serves on several of their committees and chairs the Networking committee. Marty is also a proud member of both the Nassau County and the Suffolk County Police Reserves supporting Long Islands finest. Marty has served on the HIA Entertainment committee for more than a dozen years producing several of their milestone events. In addition, he has been on the Tradeshow and tradeshow marketing committee for the last 6 years.
Marty and his team have planned and produced more than 15,000 events, for Corporations, Fundraisers, Grand Openings, Product Launches, Team Building as well as personal events like Weddings, Bar / Bat Mitzvahs and other family events. Marty often appears as a speaker at schools around Long Island for Long Island Works and the Boy Scouts. Marty also serves on the board of the Boy Scouts Scout Reach program that is working to bring scouting to minority areas like Wyandanch, Central Islip and South Huntington.
Dianna Greenstein, co-founder and Marty’s partner both in life and business, has been a cornerstone of the company since its’ inception. Dianna began her event-planning career as one of the company’s main sales people.
Her responsibilities also included proposal and contract generation as well as event production, bookkeeping and other office duties. As the company grew and the events they produced became larger and more complex, her focus became managing the internal event production staff and flow.
Carrie Halpern, Event Producer, has been with Event Pros Group for over five years. She is responsible for putting the events into action and managing every detail from performer contracts to linen color. Carrie insures that each event is prepared to EPG standards, making it possible to execute every element the day of. She brings to the office her uplifting spirit and great attitude.
Shawn Erhardt, Warehouse Manager, has been with Event Pros Group for nineteen years and has demonstrated a loyalty and love of his profession. Shawn is responsible for the pack and load of each truck, van or car that goes to over 500 events a year. Shawn also creates many of the original centerpieces that transform venues into magical events.
George Snyder is the Event Pros Group Accountant and been with us for three years.
